CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that from time to time you need to miss a session when unexpected things occur, with respect and committment please read the following: 

• 24 hours notification required where possible, minimum 4 hours to allow rescheduling and potential reallocation of timeslot, with no penalty

• Late cancellation will result in a 50% fee charge for individual sessions 

• Full fee charge for a shared session

• "No show policy full fee charge
